The TIE Fighter is a single-player flying vehicle in Fortnite Chapter Six, season three. The small Starfighters are found in various First Order locations around the map.

Where to find a TIE Fighter in Fortnite Galactic Battle
Fortnite TIE Fighters are generally found in areas overlooked by the Empire, such as the First Order Base to the northeast and Vader Samurai’s Solitude to the southwest. The TIE Fighters don’t spawn in the same places every time, so you may have to go from one landing point to another before you find one. There are three landing spots around the First Order Base, and two at Vader Samurai’s Solitude, with a third to the north on the road to Crime City.
There is a broken TIE Fighter at a Resistance Base south of Flooded Frogs. This one is a repeatable Story Quest and requires you to repair it before it can be used.
Start by investigating the nearby computer, then gather fuel from the three drums nearby. Finally, repair the TIE Fighter and fly away.
How to fly a TIE Fighter in Fortnite Galactic Battle
The TIE Fighter has just over 1,300 health points, and its weapons deal 60 damage per hit. You can fly it for quite a long time despite using fuel, and its health can regenerate three times after landing, unless it gets destroyed completely.
Once you have found a TIE Fighter, interact with it to get inside and use the following controls for controller or keyboard and mouse to fly.
- Throttle Up: Left Thumbstick Up or W
- Throttle Down: Left Thumbstick Down or S
- Land (Hold when near ground): RB/R1 or Q
- Boost: B/Circle or Left Shift
- Fire: RT/R2 or Left Mouse Button
- Free Look: LT/L2 or Right Mouse Button
- Switch Seats: Right Thumbstick/R3 or Left CTRL
- Exit (Hold): X/Square or E
